The business owner is wearing multiple hats, and we can help with time management, task execution, and accountability. Through a hands-on approach.  The consultant will find resources to help complete tasks or personally assist with executing tasks and completing projects.

Wellness Coaching

Small business owners are often overwhelmed with day-to-day and personal issues that surface. Being able to relax and reflect are significant needs to business owners but often overlooked. Our Wellness Program is a health-based program to help owners with stress management, fitness, etiquette training, and nutrition. Which are facilitated by an elite and/or licensed practitioner in the yoga, fitness, and dietetic industry. Our goal is to help our clients with physical and mental health. The Wellness Program will provide mental clarity, energy, improved physical health, and improved self-confidence. This program is only included in the premium package and will be offered with no additional fee.

Platinum Package: Month to Month Retainer for Business Strategist Services

Proposer’s Choice – Recommended Choice

Full-Time Business Strategist Services within this package will provide unlimited call and/or text, active assistance, both a monthly retreat and workshop, and CEO Wellness Coaching. This package will help business owners structure business goals, improve business efficiency, and provide personal health membership or coaching in the area of yoga, meditation, nutrition, and fitness. Our goal is to keep our clients as motivated as possible through business coaching primary and wellness coaching secondary. The services would include all work required to prepare, produce, and/or execute tasks necessary to accomplish their desired outcome.

  • Business Consulting and Coaching

  • Unlimited call or text

  • Active Assistance

  • 1 Retreat and 1 Educational Workshop

  • Loan Counsel

  • Wellness Coaching

Business Strategist Services, including all that’s mentioned above, would be provided for a monthly retainer, which is paid yearly at the amount of $5,000 per month, which totals out to $60,000 per year. Which would save the businesses approximately 16,000.00 per year over the month-to-month contract at the rate of $8,000.00 per month.  

 Cost:

$8,000.00 per month to month

Retainer for the Year $60,000.00

Gold Package: Hourly fees for all work without a retainer

Business Strategist Services provided in this package are similar to the Platinum Services. However, this package does not include full access to the active assistance activation, wellness coaching, or an off-campus retreat. The Gold package includes step-by-step planning, a 24hr call or text option, in addition, all documents or presentations for the owner(s), employees, or stakeholders completed by a consultant.

  • Business Consulting and Coaching

  • Unlimited call or text

  • 1 Education Workshop

  • 10 -20 hours per month of Business Consulting and Coaching required

  • Limited Active Assistant Activation will be combined into the Business and Coaching hours and will be activated on an as-needed basis.

 Cost: $200.00 per hour and $300.00 per hour during holidays

 

Silver Package: Educational Workshop and Business Retreat Package  

The silver packages provide a business owner with an option to educate and or appreciate their staff. These two events build upon each other and are executed on different dates. The educational workshops are designed to inform, educate, and motivate staff. The business retreats will show your employee or staff that you appreciate them while getting to know them at a deeper level. Which can create an improved work culture.
