Life Direction and Motivation provides online and in-person services. Our services include business strategy and development, human capital development, loan counseling, personal and business branding, and professional speaking

We are also deeply involved in non-profit and community events. We work with top professional athletes to hosted educational basketball camps across the country and seasonally host basketball coaching and training at the local level.

Keynote Speaking

Antonio’s commanding presence and compelling story about being suspended from the NCAA and being a small business owner which came with unexpected setbacks and getting through grieve during covid. Through storytelling, Antonio will inspire your group to take on challenges, set goals, and be mindful of how we treat each other.

Antonio wants the student-athletes to think about what comes after sports. Life after sports is an aspect that many students do not consider or have a plan for.

Antonio's experience in athletics has transferred to business. He wants to benefit communities by teaching mentalities, the goal is to empower people to step up in business and in life.

Mentorship and Sports Camps

Basketball Drills and Life Skills

We believe that sport is a great opportunity to show the power of goal setting. We teach and mentor athletes through basketball and sports performance training. We have a recreational team, basketball training classes, Speed and agility classes, basketball camps, and private lessons.

Online Workshops

We provide in-person and online meetings to provide business strategies and development, goal-setting, loan counseling, sales, and more to local and national business.

Student-Athlete Workshops 

A major part of our mission is to cause a change in behavior, and how to get through obstacles and perspectives. Therefore, speaking is not enough. We provide in personal and online courses to help develop business, entrepreneurship, and student-athletes.
